Triage localization issues
Use this when a customer reports untranslated, partially translated, or contradictory localized content.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”You need:
- Customer organization.
- Language/locale, such as
fr-CAorfr-FR. - Exact email, training, or report-button surface.
- Screenshot or copied text.
- Confirm the customer organization.
- Confirm the expected language.
- Identify the affected surface:
- Enrollment email.
- Training page.
- Outlook report button/task pane.
- Campaign content.
- Dashboard/report.
- Capture the exact untranslated or contradictory text.
- Check whether the issue appears for one user, one campaign, or all localized users.
- Add screenshots with sensitive data redacted.
Expected result
Section titled “Expected result”You have a clear localization bug report with locale, surface, text, and screenshots.
Escalate when
Section titled “Escalate when”- The content is customer-facing and incorrect.
- A partially translated workflow could confuse end users.
- The issue affects report-button instructions or security reporting behavior.
