Triage localization issues

Use this when a customer reports untranslated, partially translated, or contradictory localized content.

You need:

  • Customer organization.
  • Language/locale, such as fr-CA or fr-FR.
  • Exact email, training, or report-button surface.
  • Screenshot or copied text.
  1. Confirm the customer organization.
  2. Confirm the expected language.
  3. Identify the affected surface:
    • Enrollment email.
    • Training page.
    • Outlook report button/task pane.
    • Campaign content.
    • Dashboard/report.
  4. Capture the exact untranslated or contradictory text.
  5. Check whether the issue appears for one user, one campaign, or all localized users.
  6. Add screenshots with sensitive data redacted.

You have a clear localization bug report with locale, surface, text, and screenshots.

  • The content is customer-facing and incorrect.
  • A partially translated workflow could confuse end users.
  • The issue affects report-button instructions or security reporting behavior.
