Customer setup review
Use this when a customer asks whether their Jericho setup is complete.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”- Find the correct customer tenant.
- Confirm the customer’s requested integration scope: SSO, SCIM, DMI, whitelisting, report button, or campaign launch.
- Open the relevant public setup doc in another tab.
Review checklist
Section titled “Review checklist”- SSO: Confirm the customer has the correct ACS URL and metadata values from the public docs.
- SCIM: Confirm the customer is using the documented tenant URL and token flow.
- DMI: Confirm the email server/domain connection matches the current product UI.
- Whitelisting: Confirm the customer used the canonical IP/CIDR list.
- Report button: Confirm the customer is following the current add-in/manifest flow, not legacy mailbox forwarding unless explicitly approved.
Expected result
Section titled “Expected result”You can tell the customer which setup areas are complete and which still need action.
Escalate when
Section titled “Escalate when”- The customer followed the docs but Jericho behaves differently.
- The setup requires a value not shown in the public docs.
- You see an error message that is not covered by the relevant runbook.
