Customer setup review

Use this when a customer asks whether their Jericho setup is complete.

  1. Find the correct customer tenant.
  2. Confirm the customer’s requested integration scope: SSO, SCIM, DMI, whitelisting, report button, or campaign launch.
  3. Open the relevant public setup doc in another tab.
  • SSO: Confirm the customer has the correct ACS URL and metadata values from the public docs.
  • SCIM: Confirm the customer is using the documented tenant URL and token flow.
  • DMI: Confirm the email server/domain connection matches the current product UI.
  • Whitelisting: Confirm the customer used the canonical IP/CIDR list.
  • Report button: Confirm the customer is following the current add-in/manifest flow, not legacy mailbox forwarding unless explicitly approved.

You can tell the customer which setup areas are complete and which still need action.

  • The customer followed the docs but Jericho behaves differently.
  • The setup requires a value not shown in the public docs.
  • You see an error message that is not covered by the relevant runbook.
