Configure risk-score cutoff and test campaign exclusion

Use this when CS needs to explain why risk-score or analytics reports include or exclude certain campaigns.

  1. Open ActiveAdmin.
  2. Find the customer organization.
  3. Look for visible analytics or risk-score settings.
  4. Check whether there is a cutoff date setting.
  5. Check whether test campaigns are excluded from analytics.
  6. Record exactly what is visible.
  7. If no setting is visible, do not infer behavior.

You can say whether the setting is visible in ActiveAdmin and what value it currently shows.

  • The setting is not visible.
  • The customer needs a reporting correction.
  • A report includes test campaigns unexpectedly.
  • The customer asks for a backdated analytics change.
